Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gehnokjewels@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 330 - Radhika Optima, Yamuna Circle, Mota Varachha, Surat GJ - 394101, India.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Window

 

     We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice and, for diamond jewelry, the original certificate (GIA, IGI, SGL, or equivalent)
  • Free from any signs of wear, resizing, or tampering


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange an urgent replacement or full refund at no cost to you. In such cases, return shipping is fully covered by us.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Engraved
  • Personalized pieces 
  • Custom-made jewelry 
  • Earrings (hygiene) 
  • Nose pins & body jewelry 
  • Final sale items 
  • Gift cards

 Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing certificates will not be accepted for return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to Initiate an Exchange

 
  1. Contact Us - Email gehnokjewels@gmail.com with your order ID, the item you wish to exchange, and what you'd like instead.
  2. Confirm Availability - Our team confirms availability of the requested item and sends you the exchange details including any price difference, within 24 hours.
  3. Return the Original Item - Pack the original item securely with all certificates and tags. We arrange a free reverse pickup. The item must meet the same conditions as our return policy.
  4. New Item Dispatched - After inspection, your exchange item is dispatched within 3–5 business days. If the new item costs more, the difference is charged; if less, the balance is refunded to store credit or original payment method.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Process

 
  1. Initiate the Return - Email us at gehnokjewels@gmail.com. with your order number, reason for return, and photos and videos of the item within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Approval & Pickup - Our team reviews and approves eligible returns within 24–48 hours. We arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
  3. Quality Inspection - Once received, our quality team inspects the item within 3–5 business days to confirm it meets return conditions.
  4. Refund Issued - Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. UPI/wallet refunds may reflect sooner.

 

Note: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. COD handling fees are also non-refundable.
